Consolidated Engineering Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of EMCOR Group, Inc., the world's leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction and facilities services.

Founded in the 1940s as the operations and maintenance arm of the Charles E. Smith Companies, Consolidated Engineering was incorporated as an independent entity in 1991 in Arlington, Virginia. Consolidated leveraged its in-house expertise to establish a growing business providing electrical, mechanical, structural, HVAC, plumbing and other engineering services to government agencies and institutions as well as corporate and commercial clients.

Singleton Associates worked closely with Consolidated's training, human resources, and finance departments to develop the Accounting Treasure Hunt® for Consolidated Engineering two-day seminar, which has become a regular part of the company's management training program.

The Accounting Treasure Hunt® for Consolidated Engineering is presented twice per year at the company's headquarters in Arlington, Virginia. Consolidated Engineering professionals at other locations around the country regularly participate in the seminar via live teleconferencing.
